Oral

Duration

Each presentation is allocated 15 minutes. This time includes setup and questions. We recommend that presentation of your slides should take about 12 minutes, leaving 3 minutes for setup, introduction, summary, and questions from the audience. Recall that there will be plenty of time to discuss your work during the coffee breaks and social events.

Uploading your presentation

In order to avoid technical issues and for timing efficiency, the rule is to use the laptop provided by the conference. Your slides need to be uploaded into the conference computer prior to your presentation.
Please upload your presentation on https://submission.2022.complexnetworks.org no later than November 26, 2020.
To log in, use the same credentials that you used for uploading your camera-ready contribution.
Note that you will be able to update your presentation until the day before your presentation at 11 P.M. WET.

Reporting to the Session chair

All speakers must report to the session chair at the registration desk before the session at least 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the session.

Presentation format

Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 format.
Only Power Point presentations 97–2007 or 2010 (or higher versions) (.ppt or .pptx) and Adobe Acrobat files (.pdf) will be accepted.
If you need not standard fonts, these must be embedded into your presentation.
