Preparation
Your Presentation is scheduled in one of the sessions (See the program).
Oral Presentation
You will use the CONFERENCE LAPTOP to avoid technical issues and optimize timing. Please read the information carefully.
1) Presentation duration
- Oral presentation is in 15 min slot.
- Presentation should take 12 min, leaving 3 min for setup, introduction, summary, and questions.
2) Slide file format
- Only PowerPoint presentations 97–2007 or 2010 (or higher versions) (.ppt or .pptx) and PDF files are accepted.
- Your first slide should contain your presentation title, the authors' names, affiliations, and the conference logo.
- If you use not standard fonts, they must be embedded into your presentation.
- If you have a video or audio file embedded in the presentation, we recommend using a standard video and audio codec compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint.
Lightning Presentation
You will use the CONFERENCE LAPTOP to avoid technical issues and optimize timing. Please read the information carefully.
1) Presentation duration
- Lightning presentation is allocated 5 min.
- There is 10 min for questions from the audience after all the presentations at the end of the session.
2) Slide file format
- Up to TEN SLIDES in 4:3 format are allowed.
- We accept only Adobe Acrobat files (.pdf).
- Your first slide should contain your presentation title, the authors' names, affiliations, and the conference logo.
Poster Presentation
You will use the CONFERENCE LAPTOP to avoid technical issues and optimize timing. Please read the information carefully.
1) Presentation duration
- Posters are presented during a half-day session.
- They should be mounted at 08:30 and removed at 13:15 for the morning sessions.
- They should be mounted at 14:15 and removed at 19:15 for the afternoon sessions.
- They should be mounted on the appropriately numbered board. Refer to the program for the number.
- The presenter must stand by his poster during the coffee break (40 min).
- Authors are encouraged to engage the audience by making periodic presentations and answering questions.
2) Format
- Posters should be in portrait format.
- The maximal dimensions should be A0 portrait (84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm high).
- The conference organization will supply materials for mounting posters on the boards.
3) Printing
- You must print out and bring your poster to the conference.
- Make sure that your poster is printed the day before your session.

Submission
You need to upload your presentation before OCTOBER 21, 2022, Midnight AoE (Anywhere on Earth).
Oral

- The submission id corresponds to the one assigned by EasyChair.
- For example, if John Smith presents submission 654, the file must be named 654_Smith.

- Please insert the logo of the conference.
