Spain is part of the Schengen Area. Depending on your nationality, you may need a short-stay Schengen visa (Type C) to attend COMPLEX NETWORKS 2026.
We strongly recommend starting the visa process as early as possible.

Applicants may be asked to provide:

- travel medical insurance;
- proof of accommodation;
- travel itinerary;
- proof of sufficient financial means;
- evidence of academic or professional status;
- an invitation letter from the conference.

COMPLEX NETWORKS 2026 provides official invitation letters for visa application purposes.

Invitation letter requests are normally processed within 3 working days.
Important
- Invitation letters are issued for visa purposes only.
- They do not constitute conference registration.
- For regular participants, they do not imply financial support or accommodation.
- Any financial support specifically granted by the conference will be stated in the individual letter.
- An invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval.
