Camera-ready version of your contribution is due no later than October 13 2024.
Please take the reviewers' comments carefully into account when preparing it. No rebuttal letter is needed.

Camera-ready Preparation - Paper
Authors have to prepare the following materials to proceed with the submission:
Source Files
- Instruction for Latex
- All the files required for compiling the manuscript must be inserted into a folder, that will be compressed at the end of the manuscript preparation.
- Folder: The folder must contain the LaTex template files available here. You can add packages to the template but do not remove any that are already included.
- Figures: All figures used in the paper must be placed into the folder. All the images must be high-quality, e.g. dpi >= 300.
- Bibliography
- BibTex: You can use BibTex. In the case of a .bib file, the .bbl output file MUST be included in the folder
- Bibitem: You can include bibitems directly into your main .tex file (do not use input, include, or externaldocument)
- Compile and generate the submission PDF.
- Auxiliary files: Remove auxiliary files except for the .bbl file and compress the folder into a ZIP file.
- Instructions for Microsoft Word
- Format the manuscript according to the Word template (.docml) available here and place it into a folder.
- Generate the PDF of the submission.
- Compress the folder containing the .doc or .docx file into a ZIP file
Copyright form
All authors submitting papers must grant Springer specific permission to publish the work by the "Consent to publish". To prepare the "Consent to publish", the corresponding author has to:
- Download the “Consent to publish”.
- Fill in the form by completing all the required information and sign it.
- Export the “Consent to publish” form into a PDF file.
Camera-ready Preparation - Abstract
Authors have to prepare the following materials to proceed with the
submission:

- Instructions for Latex
- Format the manuscript according to the LaTex template available here.
- You can add packages to this template but do not remove any that are already included.
- Use the splncs03.bst BibTeX style sheet if you need a style for the bibliography.
- Once the manuscript is ready, generate the PDF file.
- Instructions for Microsoft Word
- Format the manuscript according to the Word template (.docml) available here
- Generate the PDF of the submission.
Camera-ready Submission

- The compressed folder containing all the files for generating the PDF of the contribution;
- The PDF file of your contribution;
- The completed and signed copyright form
Log into the CMT submission platform and select Author as role
Click on “Create Camera Ready Submission” link placed in the rightmost cell of the row corresponding to your contribution. More information here.
Upload the three files:
- ZIP file of the source files
- PDF file of the camera-ready paper
- PDF file of the consent to publish
Fill out the checklist for the camera-ready submission.
Validate and save the changes.
Camera-ready Submission - Abstract
- The PDF file of your contribution;
Log into the CMT submission platform and select Author as role
Click on “Edit Camera Ready Submission” link placed in the rightmost cell of the row corresponding to your contribution
Upload the PDF file of the final version of the abstract
Fill out the checklist for the camera-ready submission.
Validate and save the changes
