Student Volunteer Program
Join the COMPLEX NETWORKS volunteer team, support the conference, and connect with researchers from around the world.
The program is aimed at students and early-career researchers who want to contribute to the event while participating in the international research community.
Who can apply?
- Undergraduate, master’s or PhD students
- Early-career researchers
- Able to communicate in English
- Available during the entire conference
Volunteer options
We offer two types of volunteer positions.
Regular Volunteer
For participants without an accepted paper.
Benefit: Complimentary conference registration.
Author Volunteer
For authors with an accepted contribution.
Benefit: 50% discount on the author registration fee for one accepted contribution.

Welcome and guide participants
Poster Sessions
Assist with poster-session organization
